Privacy notice

Updated 11 September 2026

This notice explains how information is used when you visit the FPEP Enterprise website or contact Stephen Wright through it. For privacy questions or requests, email info@fpep-enterprise.com.

Your enquiries

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional organisation, service of interest and message. These details are sent to FPEP’s email inbox so Stephen can respond, discuss your requirements and arrange any requested meeting. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Please do not include sensitive or confidential project documents in an initial enquiry. The form does not accept attachments. A suitable way to share records can be agreed separately.

The website does not maintain a separate database of enquiry messages. Messages are handled in the business email account and retained as needed to respond, manage subsequent work and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. You can ask about access, correction or deletion using the address above.

Optional analytics

With your permission, the website records daily totals for page views, demo starts and completions, CV download clicks, enquiry-button clicks, email-link clicks and enquiries accepted by the form. These totals help us understand which parts of the website are useful.

The analytics totals contain only the UTC date, event type and count. They do not contain names, email addresses, message contents, visitor IDs, full page addresses or browsing histories. They measure actions, not unique people, and may include repeat visits. Only activity after permission is granted is counted.

The site stores your analytics preference in your browser for up to 180 days. You can change it below at any time. Declining optional analytics does not affect the form, video or downloads. Daily totals older than a year are removed when the next analytics event is recorded.

Security and hosting

The website and mail service are hosted by Namecheap. Hosting systems may maintain ordinary access and security logs, including IP addresses. Those logs are separate from the optional analytics described above.

When you interact with the enquiry form, an essential session cookie supports its security checks. It expires when the browser session ends. The form and analytics endpoints also use temporary keyed hashes of IP addresses to limit abuse. These are not used to identify visitors or create profiles; expired entries are cleared on subsequent requests after one hour.

Other websites

Links to LinkedIn take you to a separate service with its own privacy practices. The video and CV are served from this website.

Your choices

You can contact us directly by email, decline analytics or change your preference above. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information, and to raise concerns with a relevant data protection authority. Contact Stephen first if you would like help with a request.
