FPEP Enterprise 3.0 Beta+ — fictional clinic demonstration British English synthetic narration. Edited actual application captures. 00:00:00 — From project records to clearer answers Welcome to F P E P Enterprise, version three point zero beta plus. This edited walkthrough uses the fictional Harbour View Community Clinic case to connect project records, source review, events and programme reporting. 00:00:14 — Start with the case snapshot Case Overview brings the document population, date completeness and evidence quality together. The demonstration contains thirty four records. Its attention indicators show that review work remains outstanding. A populated case is not the same as an approved evidence set. 00:00:32 — Follow the Priority Work Queue The Priority Work Queue highlights the next actions. Here, the case needs an O C R review, a missing document date and a possible duplicate review. Each action has a corrective route, so the reviewer can move from a warning to the relevant record. 00:00:48 — Search for the project issue In Evidence Search and Review, enter A H U and run the search. Twelve records match, including the delivery note, receipt email, progress reports and recovery plan. The results retain document dates, match information and review status. 00:01:06 — Read the underlying source Select the delivery note and read the source alongside the result. It records actual receipt on the twenty fourth of July. The baseline date was the thirteenth, while the June forecast was the twenty seventh. Keep those different dates and their meanings distinct. 00:01:21 — Check the evidence trail Open Traceability for the selected record. This view brings the source, page location, qualifying match, confidence and review history together. The current decision is still not decided. Finding a record does not automatically verify it. 00:01:38 — Read the email and its attachments The receipt email adds context and keeps its attachments visible. Its message refers to the delivery note and photograph, and explains that receipt does not certify equipment performance. Review the wording and linked material together. 00:01:53 — Keep the photograph connected Open the photograph preview from the email attachment list. The synthetic delivery image is displayed inside the evidence workspace. It remains part of the same record trail, rather than a picture separated from its context. 00:02:07 — Inspect the processing stages The Evidence Processing Pipeline separates import, extraction, quality, indexing, search testing and reporting. For the selected email, the earlier stages are complete, but pipeline search verification is still outstanding and reporting is blocked. The walkthrough leaves that status visible. 00:02:26 — Connect the event to its evidence In Event and Claim Intelligence, select the A H U delivery and recovery event. The demonstration preset links the delivery note, progress and recovery records, the photograph and the programme activity. Its checklist also shows which findings and decisions remain to be completed. 00:02:45 — Choose the report and its scope Reports and Outputs groups the available report routes, including chronologies, visual issue timelines and programme reports. The workflow keeps scope, evidence review and readiness checks ahead of controlled issue. Choose the output that answers the agreed project question. 00:03:03 — Confirm the programme revision For this example, open Programme Reporting and choose Check Programme Quality. Confirm the clinic revision dated the thirty first of July and the scope of forty three activities. Then run the assessment against the imported programme information. 00:03:18 — Review the generated assessment The generated dashboard shows forty three activities and forty nine relationships. Across the combined D C M A and P six assessment, eighteen checks pass, nine fail, one requires review and one is not assessable. Inspect the findings and exceptions before drawing a conclusion. 00:03:37 — Keep judgement and limits visible The report explains what has been assessed and what remains unavailable or requires judgement. Programme quality findings identify matters for investigation. They do not, by themselves, establish the cause of delay, contractual compliance or entitlement. 00:03:54 — Explore FPEP for your project F P E P supports a connected workflow, from project records to clearer, traceable reporting, with professional judgement at its centre.
